Meeting Cadence • Weekly, 60-minute virtual sessions • Punctual start and end times • Consistent day/time each week (agreed on by the group)

  1. Confidentiality - What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
  2. Show Up Fully - Attend meetings regularly and come prepared.
  3. Give + Get - Support others as much as you receive support.
  4. No Spectators - Everyone participates.
  5. Keep It Focused - Celebrate emotion, but move toward action.
  6. Progress Over Perfection - Celebrate small wins and imperfect progress.

How We Give Feedback • Ask before advising: “Do you want feedback or just space to talk this out?” • Use “I” statements: “What I've found helpful is...” • Build, don’t fix: “Yes, and...” over “No, but...”
